The beginning of Fluoridation

It was suggested as early as 1892, as it was detected in bones and teeth, although experiments in the 1920s disproved the notion.

1940: Both Germany and the Soviet Union added Sodium Fluoride to the drinking water in their Prisoner of War (POW) camps.

1.   Oliver Kenneth Goff, member of the Communist Party and the Young Communist League from May 2, 1936 to October 9, 1939, operating under the alias of John Keats and the number 18-B-2.

His testimony before the Government is incorporated in Volume 9 of the Un-American Activities Report for the year 1939...”

"We discussed quite thoroughly the fluoridation of water supplies and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison camps.

The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into the American water supply, it would bring about a spirit of lethargy in the nation; where it would keep the general public docile during a steady encroachment of Communism. We also discussed the fact that keeping a store of deadly fluoride near the water reservoir would be advantageous during the time of the revolution, as it would give us opportunity to dump this poison into the water supply and either kill off the populace or threaten them with liquidation, so that they would surrender to obtain fresh water. ...".

In his testimony, he claimed that Fluoride was being used as a tranquilizer in Russian prison camps.

Mr. Harley Rivers Dickinson

In August 12th, 1987 Mr. Harley Rivers Dickinson, Liberal Party Member of the Victorian Parliament for South Barwon 'Australia', made a statement at the Victorian Legislative council, on the historical use of fluorides for behaviour control.

Mr. Dickinson revealed:

"At the end of the Second World War, the United States Government sent Charles Elliot Perkins, a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of the vast Farben chemical plants in Germany. While there, he was told by German chemists of a scheme which had been worked out by them during the war and adopted by the German General Staff."

"This scheme was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water. In this scheme, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place."

"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, and will thus make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him."

"Both the Germans and the Russians added fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them stupid and docile."

Aside from Mr. Dickinson....

3.      At the Un-American hearings during the McCarthy days, USAF Major George R. Jordan testified to his duties of securing vast quantities of sodium fluoride and shipping it to Siberia during World War II.

The Russian fluoride recipients openly told Jordan that they were "... using the fluoride in the water supplies in their concentration camps, to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient.”

At the end of World War II, as the United States was scrambling to snatch up as many Nazi scientists as possible and keep them from the Soviet Union's clutches.

At the end of World War II (1945), the conglomerate I.G. Farben came under Allied Authority, and its industries were to be dismantled or dismembered with the stated intent

“To render impossible any future threat to Germany’s neighbours or to world peace.”

The Western powers and West Germans agreed to divide I.G. Farben into just three independent units: Hoechst, Bayer, and BASF (The first two being re-founded in 1951; BASF in 1952)

While there, he was told by German chemists of a scheme to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water.

The German chemists had discovered that fluoride slightly damages the Hippocampus (The learning center of the brain). This caused, over time with repeated dosages, the effected person to become more submissive. On a larger scale, making the populations of fluoridated areas easily governable and less likely to defend their freedom.

In a letter Perkins wrote on October 2, 1954 to the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Perkins made the startling statement that a German chemist, who was a prominent Nazi, told him that the German General Staff had approved a comprehensive population control plan to use on subject populations. It amounted to mind control, and an essential plan element was to “medicate” the water supplies, mainly with sodium fluoride.

Perkins wrote:

“However, I want to make this very definite and very positive - the real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children’s teeth… The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty.”

Perkins said that putting fluoride in the water supply eventually numbs the brain, making people easily manipulated. Perkins stated “…any person who drinks fluoridated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person, mentally or physically.”
